Tongala Primary School views itself as a crucial and critical part of the Tongala community, therefore have a strong connection to our local community. Our school takes part in ongoing community events, such as:

Along with our community events, the school has built strong partnerships with key stakeholders within our community to provide students with a rounded education. These include:

Tongala Community Activities Centre – After school care / Cooking facilities

Local artists to support students in visual arts.

Tongala Library

Tongala Bowls Club – Lawn bowls program.

Tongala Football Netball Club and Tongala Cricket Club – junior clinics

Tongala Swimming Club – Swimming program

Tongala Aged Care – Board games/Choir

We also invite local community members to our school as guest speakers, or to run activities, such as Yoga, sport training, etc.
